MP Pie at Matching Tye

I was pleased to purchase some MP pie today at the Matching Tye farmers market. Although the initials on the Pie gave the game away - in reality it was more Meat and Potato than Member of Parliament.

It was really enjoyable at the market, especially as there was every kind of produce on offer - from organic eggs, to beef to Brazilian coffee.

Matching Tye and Matching Green is a new part of Harlow Constituency, (as part of the Parliamentary Boundary changes) which also added Hastingwood. Local residents seemed to be very hopeful about a change of Government in a few weeks and it was good to meet many of my would-be constituents in person. I managed to have a bit of rest and recuperation at the excellent Fox Inn.

P.S. We shall eat our MP Pie for dinner!
