A beautiful sunny Saturday made fun with a visits to the Nazeing Festival. I enjoyed meeting many local residents and helping to judge the (very young) Nazeing Princess competition.
There was also a great performance from blue suited, light bulbed, bowler-hatted volunteers who performed for the Olympics (http://www.standard.co.uk/olympics/olympic-news/out-with-a-bang-london-bids-farewell-to-the-olympic-games-with-huge-eccentric-party-8037310.html?action=gallery&ino=13)
Congratulations to Cllr. Gloria Skipper, from the Parish Council who did so much to organise the event - alongside the other Councillors. A big thanks to Cllr. Yolanda Knight who took me around to meet all the stall-holders (http://rds.eppingforestdc.gov.uk/mgUserInfo.aspx?UID=1103).
