Is there movement on Fuel Duty?

Yesterday in the Commons the Prime Minister, hinted that there might just be movement on fuel duty - implying that petrol and diesel taxes would not rise next year. If so, this would be a tremendous tribute to the Fair Fuel UK campaign and reaction to last week's Commons debate.
