PLEASE SIGN MY PETITION to help Harlow people

Did you know that some Harlow estates are suffering from anti-social behaviour, and graffiti?

In particular, there is one dangerous alleyway near Abbotsweld Primary School - where drug paraphenalia, needles, condoms, and graffiti are being thrown into peoples' back gardens.

This is happening week in, week out.

One mother now cannot let her children play in their own garden, because of the health-risk.

For months, residents have asked Harlow Council to TAKE ACTION.

But the Council has refused.

As local MP, the families have now asked me to present a petition to Harlow Council, urging them to do something about this, and to close the alleyway.

I have applied to do this. But the Council have said that I need to collect 650 signatures, before I will be allowed to speak in their Council meeting.

Please help me, and all the parents of children at Abbotsweld Primary School, by SIGNING THIS PETITION.

We need 650 signatures to get this issue on Harlow Council's agenda.
