This is something like the latin american leftist who criticize de US imperialism but don't live without going to Miami to buy some electronic goods or without watching some north-american TV series or hearing US music. Of course, our leftists don't kill innocent people.
ReplyDeleteYet another one of the many reason why I left the UK, a country that I loved passionately, but disagreed with so many things about. Nowhere is perfect but the UK had become more and more ridiculous, particularly for high earners with no children like myself and husband who continued to contribute to an economy and had done for in excess of 20 years, only to watch others take from it excessively without contributing a penny. Love many of the conservative policies which was the reason why we both voted Conservative for the first time in our lives at the last election, however in a place where we came from, South Yorkshire, you could put a red rosette on a pig and they would still vote for it such is the love for Labour and hatred for anything blue, a throwback to the Thatcher era......interesting how quick these people are to forget that without Thatcher and being able to purchase council property they would not be on the property ladder now!
