I hope Robert Halfon will now carry on standing up for ordinary Brits & taxpayers by campaining to get the annual £5.8m subsidy for food in Parliament stopped.
Surely it is morally wrong that for example, a taxpayers earning the average wage £26k should have their taxes subsidising the food of MPs on £65k?
I hope Robert Halfon can carry on righting the wrongs. This food subsidy is morally wrong and I hope at least one MP has the moral fibre to stand up for Joe Public.
