Remembering the Oddfellows

To Old Harlow this afternoon, to the Oddfellows' Hall, for a very special occasion. I was there with the Harlow Royal British Legion to remember the Harlow Oddfellows who died in action during the First World War. The memorial has been restored on the wall of the neighbouring house and is a tribute to those who served. As was stated during the ceremony: 'They lost their today so we could have our tomorrow'.

I hope their names will also be read out again on Remembrance Sunday.
